|Issuance of Mutation Certificate||Mutation means substitution of the name of a person by the name of another in relation to property in the record showing right or title to the property.|
|Issuance of Caste Certificate||A Caste Certificate is the proof of one’s belonging to a particular caste, especially in case one belongs to any of the ‘Scheduled Castes’, as specified in the Indian Constitution. The Government felt that the Scheduled Castes and Tribes need special encouragement and opportunities to progress at the same pace as the rest of the citizenry. As a result, as part of the Indian system of Protective Discrimination, there exist certain special privileges granted to this category of citizens, such as reservation of seats in the Legislatures and in the Government Service, waiving off a part or the whole of the fees for admission to schools and colleges, quotas in educational institutions, relaxation of upper age limits for applying to certain jobs, etc. To be able to avail these privileges, a citizen belonging to a Scheduled Caste must be in possession of a valid Caste Certificate.|
|Issuance of Income Certificate||An Income Certificate contains details of a person’s income from various sources for an year.

-Based on the revenue enquiry in case of business people, agriculturists
|Issuance of Residence/ Domicile Certificate||This certificate establishes the place of residence of an individual. A number of educational institutions reserve seats depending on the domicile status of the applicant. Similarly, benefits are also available in a number of cases of recruitment giving preference to local candidates. This certificate is needed to avail such benefits. This certificate may also be required by institutions giving loan as a proof of place of residence. Some organisations/institutions have different modalities for e.g. different fee structure for NRIs (Non Resident Indians) and require this certificate for checking purposes.|
|Issuance of Land Possession
|A certificate issued under the name of applicant, containing details of the land owned by him. The details include dimensions, direction of the land. The Block Development Officers of all the Blocks falling under the district have to arrange for issuing LPCs (Land Possession Certificates) in favour of farmers Panchayat-wise.|
